William I. Chertok

William (B.A. Stanford University 1958, J.D. Stanford Law School 1960, and LL.M. University of Southern California Law School 1964) maintained a broad based and active trial practice for five decades. During his years in the practice of law, he tried over 100 cases, most of them to juries in the state and federal courts in California. He tried cases involving complex business issues in numerous types of matters, including, without limitation, breach of commercial contract, securities fraud, breach of corporate and partnership related duties, suretyship, construction, developer's liability, entertainment, and bad faith claims.
