John Carter, PMP, CSM has over 15 years of professional experience. John began their career in 2007 as a Client Manager at CrunchTime! Information Systems. In 2012, they moved to IBM as a Project Manager. In 2016, they became a Project Manager Contract at Dunkin' Brands. In 2017, they joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Consultant. In 2018, they transitioned to TOSHIBA Global Commerce Solutions, Inc as an Engagement Manager. In 2020, they moved to The Walt Disney Company as a Consultant - Workforce Technology. Currently, they are a Senior Sales Engineer at One Model.

John Carter, PMP, CSM has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Literature Management Information Systems from Boston College, obtained in 1994, and PMP Training from Boston University, obtained between 2011 and 2012. John also has certifications from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, including Scrum Fundamentals Certified and Scrum Master Certified Credential, obtained in July 2017, as well as a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in February 2018.
