Marcus Joseph

Marcus Joseph has worked in various roles since 1997. Marcus began their career at Accountemps as an Accountant assigned to Tennant Co., then moved to Carlson Marketing as a Client Representative and Administrator. From 1998 to 2008, they worked for Cru in various roles, including Associate Director of Finance, US Campus Ministry, Regional Financial Administrator, Upper Midwest Region, and Campus Field Staff, University of Minnesota. Marcus then moved to Capella University as an HR Analyst from 2008 to 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they worked for SAP SuccessFactors as a Senior Strategy Consultant, Workforce Planning, Workforce Analytics, and Reporting. Finally, they have been a People Analytics Customer Engagement Lead at One Model since 2022.

Marcus Joseph completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. Cloud State University between 1993 and 1997. Marcus then continued their education at the University of St. Thomas, where they obtained a Master of Arts in Human Resource and Change Leadership in 2013.
