Matthew Friend has worked in the technology sector since 2014. Matthew began their career as a Business Intelligence Analyst at SuccessFactors in 2014. In 2015, they moved to SAP as a SAP Technical Consultant. In 2018, they joined One Model, Inc as a Product Specialist.

Matthew Friend completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Information Systems at The University of Queensland from 2011 to 2013. Matthew also holds two certifications, Workforce Analytics Functional Consultant and Workforce Analytics Technical Consultant.
