Bhoopal Reddy Gorre has worked in the software engineering industry since 2004. Bhoopal reddy started their career as a Software Developer at SSR IT Solutions, where they developed the Finance and HR modules of an SMS product and successfully implemented it for two clients in NOIDA and Gurugram. In 2007, they moved to FranConnect (formerly AppNetix) as a Project Lead, where they led the development of Finance and Transaction Management modules. In 2010, they joined Tata Consultancy Services as a Solution Architect, where they designed, developed, and maintained multiple financial analytics applications for a top analytics company in New York. In 2017, they returned to FranConnect as the Director of Software Engineering, where they migrated a SaaS product from a private data center to AWS and re-developed the FieldOps product using a Microservices architecture. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Onemoney as the Head of Software Engineering, where they led multiple teams and released the Account Aggregator Onemoney product from scratch.

Bhoopal Reddy Gorre has a comprehensive education background. Bhoopal reddy obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Kakatiya Institute of Technology & Science between 2000 and 2004. Bhoopal reddy then went on to pursue a Post Graduation in Artificial Intelligence from the National Institute of Technology Warangal in 2019 and completed it in 2020. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Tata Consultancy Services such as TOGAF Certification Program in 2016, ASCENT The Foundation for Your Leadership Journey in 2015, PEARL Leadership in 2014 and Sun Certified Java Developer (SCJD) from Sun Microsystems in 2010.
