James Randall

James Randall has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. James began their career at CITGO Petroleum in 1991 as a Project Engineer in Pipeline & Terminal Operations. James then worked at Williams, where they held various roles including Senior Strategy Analyst, Senior Financial Underwriter, Director of Business Development, and Director of Corporate Development, focusing on telecommunications. James joined American Airlines in 2004 as a Senior Manager of Supply Chain Strategy before moving on to i2E, Inc., where they worked as a Venture Partner and focused on venture capital investments. Most recently, they worked at ONEOK as a Manager of Business Development and later as the Director of Corporate Development.

James Randall has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which they obtained from 1992 to 1994. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, from 1985 to 1990. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor from The Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors, a Certified Public Accountant from the California Board of Accountancy, and Certified in Strategy and Competitive Analysis from IMA | Institute of Management Accountants.
