Lisa Day

Lisa Day has over 23 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Lisa is currently serving as the Director Talent Acquisition at ONEOK since October 2023. Prior to this, Lisa worked at Magellan Midstream Partners for 14 years, holding various roles including Director of Human Resources, Manager of Human Resources, and Human Resources Business Partner. Before joining Magellan Midstream Partners, Lisa worked at Hilti for 9 years, where they served as a Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Human Resources Generalist. During their time at Hilti, Lisa was responsible for developing and executing multiple HR initiatives, managing recruiting, employee relations, compensation, and employee relations for multiple facilities across North America.

Lisa Day holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development from the University of Oklahoma, which they obtained in 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of Arkansas in 1997. In 2022, Lisa also obtained a certification in The Executive Finance Program from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education.
