Melissa Pool, BSN, RN has extensive work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Melissa is currently serving as the Director of Site Operations at OneOncology since October 2021. Prior to this, Melissa worked as a Clinical Research Associate at PRA Health Sciences starting in July 2021 and leaving in October 2021.

Melissa also has a significant tenure at The Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders, where they held multiple positions. From February 2016 to July 2021, they served as the Clinical Research Director. Before that, they worked as a Clinical Research Manager from January 2012 to February 2016 and as a Clinical Research Coordinator from November 2010 to December 2011.

In 2009, Melissa worked at Weatherford Regional Medical Center as a Nurse Manager from December 2009 to November 2010, and as a Clinical Educator from September 2009 to December 2009. Prior to that, they served as a Labor & Delivery Nurse from December 2008 to September 2009.

From October 2005 to December 2008, Melissa worked as an ICU Registered Nurse at Weatherford Regional Medical Center. Additionally, they gained experience as an Account Manager at The TPA, Inc. from October 1998 to June 2000.

Melissa Pool earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Tarleton State University. Melissa completed their studies at the university from 2003 to 2006.
