Islam Bedier has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Islam currently serves as the Director of Growth & Strategy at OneOrder since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at talabat from 2019 to 2023 in various positions including Head of Special Projects, Head of Expansion, Head of Business Excellence, and Deputy Head of Sales. Islam also has experience as an Area Manager for KSA & EGY (Temp role) at Expedia Group in 2018 and as a Partner Project Manager (1 Year Contract) at Google from 2017 to 2018. In addition, Bedier held the role of Head of Corporate Partnerships – GCC & Levant at The Entertainer FZ LLC from 2015 to 2017, where they managed multiple territories and launched loyalty programs. Prior to that, they worked at Souq.com as a Business Development Manager, at Groupon UAE as a Senior Account Manager, at Aramex as a Business Development Executive, and at Vodafone Egypt as a Marketing & Sales Coordinator.

Islam Bedier earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Sadat Academy for Management Sciences in Cairo, Egypt. Islam attended the university from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, Islam completed their General Certificate for Secondary Education at Al Amal Languages School from 1992 to 2005. Additionally, Islam obtained a Certificate of Appreciation for sharing expertise and insights on Digital Entrepreneurship from Middlesex University Dubai in November 2017.
