Oleg Dupont Business Development

Oleg Dupont has extensive work experience in business development, strategy, and management roles. Oleg is currently working as the Director of External Growth and Strategy at Legallais. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director at DFC2. Oleg also received training in entrepreneurship and worked on an entrepreneurial project at IRCE - La Parenthèse Stratégique des Dirigeants. Oleg held the position of General Manager and Regional Sales Manager at Cyclad from 2018 to 2020. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as the Managing Director and Commercial Director for Eastern and Central Europe at Manutan International, where they were responsible for budgeting, operational strategy, and building a network of field sales representatives. Oleg also served as the CEO and Sales Director at Eurobiomass, where they developed the company's strategy, reorganized the team, and implemented a system for customer prospecting. Prior to that, they worked as the Central Europe Sales & Marketing Director at Aperam Poland and held various positions at Aperam and APERAM STAINLESS SERVICE & SOLUTIONS USA, LLC. Oleg's experience includes sales coordination, project management, and sales controlling.

Oleg Dupont has an educational background that includes a Master's degree in Technology & Management from CentraleSupélec, with a focus on general sciences and engineering. Oleg also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from EDHEC Business School. Additionally, Oleg attended Mannheim Business School, where they studied industrial marketing and logistics. Oleg obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics-mathematics from Lycée Masséna. In terms of certifications, Oleg has completed various courses and training programs, including "Becoming a Six Sigma Green Belt" and "The Persuasion Code: The Neuroscience of Sales" from LinkedIn, as well as "Digital Transformation for Leaders" and "Mobile Marketing Foundations."
