John Maguire

John Maguire has had a variety of work experiences over the years. In 2008, they were a Student Intern for Cavan County Council's Planning Office and Gaffney and Cullivan Architects. During that same year, they also started a small online business, MooseMods.com, which specialized in gaming console and PC modifications and repairs. In 2011, they worked as a Bartender at Imperial Bar in Cavan. In 2012, they were a Camp Counsellor and Soccer Specialist at Camp Lincoln and Camp Lake Hubert, where they organized and led activities for campers and staff, and completed paperwork such as activity reports, staff evaluations, and letters to campers' parents. In 2013, they were a Student Intern at Analog Devices and a Mentor at CoderDojo. Finally, since 2014, they have been a Software Engineer at OnePageCRM.

John Maguire received their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the University of Galway between 2010 and 2014. Prior to that, they attended St. Patrick's College, Cavan, and achieved a Leaving Certificate with 490 points between 2004 and 2010. In addition, John has obtained three certifications: Sales CRM Expert from OnePageCRM in October 2020, AWS Certified Developer - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2020, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2020.
