Kavi B. has a wealth of experience in customer service and operations management. Kavi began their career in 1999 as a Customer Service & Business Development Executive at BAM TECHNOLOGIES. In 2000, they moved to MMBL Cyber Skills (Pvt) Ltd. (NIIT) as a Senior Business Development Executive. Two years later, they joined Chanelle Pharma as a Customer Service Manager. In 2011, Kavi B. became a Customer Technical Support Manager at Alere Inc. Kavi then moved to AXIS Healthcare Consulting Ltd. in 2019 as an Operations Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as an Operations Manager at OnePageCRM | Sales CRM for Small Business and as a Customer Service Manager at Glas Pharma Services Ltd.

Kavi B. began their educational journey in 1996 when they attended Lassallian English Academy and completed a Higher International Diploma in English Language. After that, they attended Open University of Sri Lanka and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in 2002. In 2007, Kavi B. attended Galway Business School and completed a Diploma in Customer Care & Customer Service Management. In 2017, they attended Loyalist College and obtained a Higher Diploma in Business Management. Kavi B. is currently enrolled in The Open University and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
