Doug Hughes

Doug Hughes is the VP of Sales Operations at OnePak. Prior to their current position, Doug served as the Director of Global Operations for Dell Secureworks and the Director of Operations for Dell. In their previous roles, Doug utilized data analytics and reporting to enable sales and operational efficiencies, resulting in productivity gains. Doug also delivered a 10 pt premium in NPS for accounts supported by the Global Customer Programs. Utilizing industry research, Doug directed major transformational change in the NA business which drove higher retention on our existing customer base, and 10% acquisition growth for our sales organization.

Doug Hughes has a BS/BA in Business Logistics/Intl Business from Penn State University, and an MBA in Business Administration from University of Phoenix.
