Carol Crisp

Carol Crisp is a highly experienced Family Nurse Practitioner, currently serving at OnePeak Medical and Family Health Care Boise since November 2020. Prior to these roles, Carol Crisp dedicated 20 years to the Air Force as a Family Nurse Practitioner, following a tenure as a Registered Nurse with the United States Air Force from 2000 to 2006, and with Cullman Regional Medical Center from 1998 to 2000. Carol Crisp's educational background includes a PhD in Nursing from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Colorado Denver, along with a Master of Science in Nursing from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
