Parag Deuskar

Parag Deuskar is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology and retail sectors. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at OnePint.ai since February 2025, Parag oversees engineering delivery and processes to enhance product performance in inventory management. Prior to this role, significant contributions were made at Nextuple Inc as Director of Engineering, and at Bridge Solutions Group as Enterprise Architect, focusing on solution design and system audits. Parag has a strong background in performance architecture and product development from tenure at IBM, where responsibilities included performance testing and program direction for various products. Early in the career at Sterling Commerce, Parag held multiple leadership roles in Quality Assurance. Parag holds a B. Tech in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
