onepoint2 are a London based Leisure Property Consultancy offering both acquisition and disposal.

Ferociously determined and acquisition-focused, we are your first choice when it comes to sourcing the next site for your brand.

onepoint2 are experienced leisure property consultants with enviable market access.

Through off-market deal-making, we source and secure the most coveted sites for our clients, ensuring their success in the competitive hospitality landscape.

If you’re a startup business or an international entrant, you might want the analysis to tell you where your brand fits in London (we do that), the detective skills to find the opportunities in those locations (we do that too), and the tenacity and market intelligence to secure those sites on the best terms (do we even need to write what goes in these brackets?)

If you’re an established operator on your path to domination, we can be your eyes and ears, unearthing the gems

And if you’re everyone else, with the appetite to open a leisure or hospitality venue, get in touch and we can talk through your needs.
