Katie Hilton, PMP, SA,CSM

Katie Hilton, PMP, SA,CSM has extensive experience in program and project management. Katie began their career in 2001 as a Resource Manager at Kingston. In 2003, they became a Middle School Teacher, Language Arts, Social Sciences at Columbus Public School. In 2005, they moved to American Electric Power as a Project Manager. Katie then moved to Ametek in 2009 as a PMO Manager - New Product Development. In 2011, they became a Senior Project Manager-Enterprise Systems at Mission Essential Personnel, LLC. In 2014, they became a Technology Delivery Leader, Program Management at Nationwide Insurance. Most recently, in 2021, they were a Senior Program Manager at OnePointOne.

Katie Hilton holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Ohio Dominican University, which they obtained between 2006 and 2008. Katie also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Education from Ohio Wesleyan University, which they obtained between 1999 and 2003. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2007, a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in 2015, an Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Machine Learning certification from LinkedIn in 2021, and a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2021.
