Iustina Achim

Iustina Achim serves as the R&D Director at Onera Health since February 2024, following nearly two decades at Philips from 2004 to 2023. During time at Philips, Iustina held the role of R&D Program Director, overseeing the program management and engineering of a Data and Interoperability platform on a global scale. As Engineering Manager, Iustina was responsible for the development and commercial success of the Xper Information Management System, a leading product in cardiac care. Various leadership roles in R&D, including engineering lead, project lead, and software architect, were held prior to these positions. Iustina began a career in software engineering at multiple companies from 1996 to 2004, contributing to product engineering across several domains. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Informatics from Babes-Bolyai University, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
