Alessandro Gastaldi

Alessandro Gastaldi is currently an R&D Engineer in Aeroelastic Optimization at ONERA - The French Aerospace Lab. Alessandro previously worked at Airbus as a PhD Candidate in the group of Stress Methods and Optimization. Before that, Alessandro was a Research Engineer at Airinnova AB, where Alessandro worked on the development of a platform for linear aerodynamic analysis. Additionally, Alessandro completed a Master's project at CFS Engineering SA focusing on unsteady aerodynamic loads. Alessandro also worked as a Student Assistant in Research at EPFL, setting up automated measurement campaigns. Alessandro holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from EPFL and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering at the Technical University of Munich.
