Thomas Bontemps is a research engineer specializing in turbomachinery aerodynamics at ONERA - The French Aerospace Lab since March 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a thermohydraulics engineer at Framatome, where high-fidelity CFD simulations on complex geometries were conducted, and work as a PhD student in turbomachinery at Safran Aircraft Engines, focusing on fan flutter and aeroelasticity.
