Guillermo Villamizar

Guillermo Villamizar has a diverse work experience. Guillermo started their career at Seabra Foods in 2017 as the Frozen and Dairy Department Manager. Guillermo then worked as a Soccer Coach at Ronaldo Academy from September 2018 to February 2019. Guillermo then joined Chicken Bites Inc as the Director of Operations from July 2018 to July 2020. In 2020, they worked as a Warehouse Associate at Amazon from May to September. Currently, Guillermo is employed at OneRail, where they have held two roles: Logistics Coordinator from May 2021 to July 2022 and Customer Support Specialist since July 2022.

Guillermo Villamizar earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Universidad de Carabobo from 2010 to 2017. Guillermo has also obtained certifications in Zendesk Messaging for Agents, Zendesk Talk for Agents, and Zendesk Support for Agents from Zendesk in June 2023 and May 2023, respectively.
