Viacheslav Gutsalo

Viacheslav Gutsalo has worked in the IT industry since 2005. Viacheslav began their career at Kiev-Lada as an IT Systems Administrator/Visual FoxPro Developer, where they provided first and second level of user support, Windows Server 2003 administration, setup and support of PC's, software and peripherals, MS SQL database administration and development, and developing Visual FoxPro Applications. In 2006, they moved to Solidarnost as an Information Technology Infrastructure Engineer, where they were responsible for DC/AD/ISA/MDaemon administration, network design and installation, and Tier1/Tier2 support. In 2008, they joined Deloitte as an Information Technology Support Engineer, providing 1st and 2nd TIER support, software and solutions integration, and managing both internal and external knowledge repository. In 2014, they worked at HIV Reform in Action - USAID/Deloitte Project as an Information Technology Operations Specialist. Finally, in 2018, they joined Deloitte Consulting as an Information Technology Coordinator and Consultant for the USAID Health Reform Support (HRS) Project.

Viacheslav Gutsalo received their specialist degree in IT engineering and IT technologies in energy from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'\u200b between 2000 and 2006. Prior to that, they attended Lyceum 208, where they studied Mathematics and Physics.
