Sherry Daminski is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the industry. Currently, Sherry serves as the Owner/Broker/CEO of 1 Percent Lists Virginia, where innovative services are provided at reduced costs. Sherry is also the CEO/Designated Broker of Tailored Fit Property Management, enhancing operational performance and securing long-term accounts through strategic marketing. In addition, Sherry has been instrumental in building investment portfolios as CEO/Real Estate Investment Specialist at SOLD TODAY CASH since 1992, and has held significant positions such as Designated Broker of Record at Poplar Homes and Broker of Record at Northpoint Asset Management, overseeing real estate operations in multiple states. Previous experience includes leadership at Orchard, Keller Williams Realty, and RE/MAX Allegiance. Sherry's education includes attendance at Northeastern Jr College from 1988 to 1989.
