Shannon Ealy

Shannon Ealy is the Director of Programs and Partnerships at OneROC, with prior extensive experience at the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, where roles included Director of Communications & Community Partnerships and Director of Communications & Marketing. In these positions, Shannon focused on strategic communications, community collaboration, and business advocacy to promote economic revitalization in the Greater Rochester/Finger Lakes region. Shannon's background also encompasses leadership in marketing and engagement, policy advocacy, and fostering youth leadership within the community. Earlier career roles range from a Team Lead at Sutherland, morning host at Pamal Broadcasting, to various supportive positions at Audacy, Inc. Shannon holds a B.S. in Public Communications with a concentration in Advertising from Syracuse University.
