Ann O'Neill currently serves in a Learning & Support role at OneSchool Global Australia since January 2019 and has been the Principal at AlphaTrain Education & Consulting since January 2013, focusing on literacy and numeracy training for primary and secondary students while addressing learning difficulties. Prior experience includes leadership positions as Principal at I CAN READ Orange and as a Senior Financial Planner at ANZ Bank. Ann has developed a strong educational foundation with degrees ranging from a Bachelor of Education specializing in Maths and Science to Master's degrees in Educational Leadership and Administration and the Teaching of the Gifted and Talented. Ongoing studies include a Bachelor's degree in Social Science (Psychology) at Swinburne University of Technology and a Master's degree at UNSW.
