Nandita Nair

Nandita Nair has extensive work experience in various roles in the field of human resources and operations. Nandita is currently serving as the Director of People Operations and HR (India) at OneScreen.AI since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at National Aviation Services (NAS) from 2016 to 2022, where they held the position of HRBP and was responsible for heading the HR function in India.

Before joining NAS, Nandita worked as an Organization Development Officer at NAS from 2016 to 2017 and as a Human Resources Supervisor at Automak Automotive Co. K.S.C.C in 2016. Nandita also gained experience in managing corporate HR as a Manager at Tata Motors from 2008 to 2010.

Their career began as a Software Engineer at UST in 2003, where they worked until 2004. With their diverse background and expertise in HR and operations, Nandita has gained valuable experience in various aspects of people management and organizational development.

Nandita Nair's education history begins with their completion of a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Adoor. This degree was obtained between 1999 and 2003.
