Prior experience includes roles as a Data Engineer and Data Leader at Number Associates, which specializes in integrating digital marketing with data science, and as Co-founder and Managing Partner of Conversion Company, where dedication was given to building a competitive analytics team. Eelco also owned Arroba B.V. as a web analyst and worked as an E-business Engineer at IQUIP. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Social Psychology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and research in Social Psychology from Stellenbosch University.
