Nguyen Hong Kim

Nguyen Hong Kim is the current Administration Manager for Vietnam at OneSky. Prior to this, they worked as an assistant to the BOD at CAS-Energy from May 2017 to September 2020. There, they were responsible for issuing internal memos on behalf of the BOD, archiving legal documents, and making reports to state government agencies as required. Nguyen also applied for visas/APEC business travel cards for the BOD/Staff, implemented recruitment and introduction programs for newcomers, managed labor contracts, and was in charge of PIT, SHUI, and annual health checks. Additionally, they assisted the Vice-Director for other project expansions and was responsible for internal events and training activities.

Before their time at CAS-Energy, Nguyen Hong Kim worked as a Higher Education Quality Assurance Officer at The University of Danang from August 2016 to April 2017. There, they served as a contact point between UD and international organizations for rankings and accreditation (AUN, QS rankings, AQAN…). Nguyen also worked with other UD departments and member universities within QA to establish, develop, manage, monitor, and review quality assurance systems to ensure that UD and its member universities met both national and international quality assurance standards. Additionally, they made the UD’s portfolio for Asia university ranking submissions.

Nguyen Hong Kim has an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Danang University of Economics, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from the same school. Nguyen is certified by ASEAN University Networks in AUN-QA Training course for Accomplishing Program Assessment, Top Olympia in Human Resources Management, Hanoi Pedagogical N2 in Pedagogical and Didactic Training, and IIG Vietnam in TOEIC (830/990).
