Doug Thomson

Doug Thomson, FCA, ICD.D, is an experienced board director with over two decades of involvement in public, private, and not-for-profit organizations since January 2002. Previously, Doug served as Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer at K-Bro Linen Income Fund / K-Bro Linen Systems Inc. from 2005 to June 2010. Additionally, Doug held the position of Council Chair at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta from 2008 to 2009. Educational credentials include an ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors (2008-2009), a B.Comm. from the University of Alberta (1968-1972), and a FCA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
