Shaun Spencer

Shaun Spencer began their work experience in 2007 as an Application Support Analyst at Delaney Software Services. In this role, they provided functional and technical support for a field ticketing application, collaborating with both technical and non-technical team members to devise solutions. Shaun also managed incident, problem, and change management processes. Shaun then joined Schlumberger in 2015 as an Applications Analyst/ Product Owner. In this multifaceted role, they facilitated solution development for a new business application, used Scrum methodology for various development projects, and acted as a liaison between business and IT stakeholders. Their responsibilities included analyzing processes, eliciting and documenting requirements, and providing information for decision-making. Currently, Shaun is working as a Project Manager at OneSource Building Technologies, where they started in 2021.

Shaun Spencer's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering Technology in Control and Instrumentation Electronics Design from the University of Houston-Downtown. Additionally, they hold an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Aircraft Maintenance from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

In terms of certifications, Shaun obtained an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic License from the Federal Aviation Administration in June 2005. Shaun also obtained a Scrum Product Owner certification from Scrum Inc. in April 2018.
