Arunika Mandal

Arunika Mandal is an experienced professional in project management and quality assurance, currently serving as a Product SM/Project Manager at OneSource Virtual since March 2021. Prior to this role, Arunika held positions at IBM as a Systems Lead/Scrum Master and at AT&T as a Scrum Master/Test Architect, where responsibilities included interaction with customers, managing business requirements, and conducting extensive testing processes. Arunika began the career as a QA Analyst at Fairview Health Services and previously worked as an Environmental Specialist at IGIDR. Arunika holds a Master’s degree in Microbiology from Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology, attained between 2003 and 2005.
