Nicole Ward

Nicole Ward has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nicole is currently employed at OneSource Virtual as the Senior Director of Revenue Enablement, where they lead global revenue enablement efforts to increase productivity and success through BPaaS transformation. Prior to this, they were a Member at The Enablement Squad and the Sales Enablement Society.

Nicole has a strong background in sales enablement, having previously worked at Citrix in various roles, including Director of Worldwide Sales Enablement Tools & Services and Senior Manager of Worldwide Sales Enablement Tools & Services. In these positions, they were responsible for global sales and channel enablement technologies and managed a team to ensure seller efficiency and satisfaction with the sales enablement program.

Before joining Citrix, Nicole was the Sponsorship Director at Spark Sessions, where they launched Canada's first dedicated fashion and beauty blogging conference. Nicole also has experience in sales enablement at MTS Allstream as the Sales Enablement Manager for National Field & Solutions Marketing.

Early in their career, Nicole worked at BMO Nesbitt Burns in roles such as Assistant Marketing Manager, Divisional Compliance Officer, PCD Administration Officer, and Compliance Officer. In these positions, they managed marketing initiatives, handled compliance inquiries and trade surveillance, and implemented firm initiatives and internal policies.

Overall, Nicole has a strong background in sales enablement, marketing, and project management, and has showcased their expertise in multiple organizations throughout their career.

Nicole Ward attended Seneca College from 2001 to 2003, where they studied Radio and Television Broadcasting. During their time at Seneca College, they did not obtain a degree. In addition to their college education, Nicole obtained the certification of Certified Seismic Administrator from Seismic in April 2021.
