Phil O'Reilly MCIPP is an experienced payroll professional with a robust career spanning various leadership roles in payroll management. Currently serving as the Director of Payroll and EMEA Head of Payroll at OneSource Virtual since April 2021, Phil previously held the positions of Payroll Director and Head of Payroll at Capita HR Solutions from March 2019 to April 2021. Prior to that, Phil worked at EY as a Payroll Delivery Manager from November 2017 to March 2019, overseeing UK domestic payroll delivery, statutory compliance, and best practice initiatives for the Belfast Delivery and Innovation Centre.
