Tina Melvin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tina started their career as a Senior Assistant Manager at Cinemark from 2001 to 2003. Tina then briefly worked as a General Manager at Interstate Theaters before returning to Cinemark as a Senior Assistant Manager from 2003 to 2007. Tina then worked as a Teacher at The Learning Center from 2008 to 2009, followed by an Assistant Manager role at Cinemark from 2010 to 2011. Tina subsequently became the Owner-Manager of Saline County Dust Bunnies from 2011 to 2014. Tina then worked as an Office Assistant at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR) from 2016 to 2017. Tina later joined Methodist Family Health, where they initially served as a Human Resources Assistant from 2017 to 2018, and then transitioned into a role as a Payroll/Human Resource Specialist starting in July 2018.

Tina Melvin began their education in 2010 at Pulaski Technical College, where they pursued an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies. Tina completed their studies in 2014. In 2015, Tina enrolled at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and pursued a Bachelor of Business Management degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Tina completed this program in 2017.
