Valerie van Gorp

Valerie Van Gorp has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Valerie started their career at Kraft Shared Services in 2001 as an HR Tech Specialist, where they led a successful project onboarding the Nabisco Union population to Benefit Shared Services. Valerie then joined Philip Morris Capital Corp as an HR Technical Specialist, where they led a CSR team and facilitated the onboarding of the Kraft Union population. In 2009, they worked as a Benefit Coordinator at Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway. Currently, they are employed at OneSource Virtual, where they have held various roles since 2010. These roles include Director of Benefit Services, Sr Director and Site Director, and VP Employee Services. In their role as Director of Benefit Services, they were responsible for managing service teams and developing the Benefit Services model, as well as collaborating with Workday on Affordable Care Act reporting.

Valerie Van Gorp completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Bus Econ from the University of North Texas from 1996 to 2000.
