Ryan Brummond

Ryan Brummond is an experienced consultant in the field of sales strategy and account management, currently serving as a Project Based Consultant at OneSourceCX since February 2025. Prior to this role, Ryan held the position of Vice President of Sales Strategy and Solutions at Transcom from July 2023 to December 2024, where leadership focused on solution design and strategic growth initiatives. At Qualfon, Ryan was Vice President of Strategic Account Management from June 2021 to May 2023, overseeing a diverse portfolio and managing over $22 million in annual revenue. Earlier roles include Senior Account Executive at Dizzion, Inc. and various leadership positions at 24-7 Intouch, including Vice President of Solution Design and Strategy and Director of Partner Channel. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Communications from South Dakota State University, earned in May 2000.
