Andrew Knechtel

Andrew Knechtel is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in infrastructure and help desk support. Currently serving as the IT Infrastructure and Help Desk Support Manager at OneSpan since April 2018, Andrew has also held roles as IT Services Team Leader for both North America and Canada. Prior to OneSpan, Andrew worked as an IT Services Specialist at eSignLive and spent over 16 years at Dialogic as the Network Services Manager, overseeing a global team responsible for diverse IT support functions. Earlier experience includes serving as Lab Services Manager at Eicon Technology and as a Mobile Technician at RJC Microsystems, providing comprehensive IT support to clients. Andrew holds a DEC in Computer Science from Institut Superieur d'Electronique and has educational credentials from Vanier College and Howard S Billings High School.
