Giovanni Verhaeghe

Giovanni Verhaeghe is an experienced executive with a strong background in corporate development and hardware operations. Currently serving as SVP Corporate Development and Hardware Operations at OneSpan since March 2018, Giovanni has also held roles as SVP & GM Hardware Authentication Solutions and VP, Corporate Development and Hardware Operations within the same company. Prior experience includes serving as a Board Member at Promon from 2019 to 2022 and working at VASCO Data Security from December 2000 to March 2018 in various capacities, including Director of Corporate Strategy and Intellectual Property Rights, as well as Director of Product & Project Management. Giovanni began their career as IT Manager at Vinçotte from July 1996 to December 2000. Education was completed at Vlerick Business School.
