Joe Maxa

Joe Maxa currently serves as Vice President of Investor Relations at OneSpan, a position held since September 2017. Prior to this role, Joe worked at Dougherty & Company, LLC as Vice President and Senior Equity Research Analyst from December 2000 to August 2017. Joe's earlier experience includes a tenure at Donaldson Company, Inc. in Engineering and Operations from 1995 to 2000, as well as an engineering role at Deltak Corporation from 1990 to 1995. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Minnesota and an MBA with a focus on Finance from the University of St. Thomas.
