Michael Cale has extensive experience in finance and management across multiple high-profile organizations. Currently serving as Director of Finance at OneSpan since March 2021, Michael leads business unit FP&A and key commercial reporting. Prior roles include EMEA APAC Commercial Manager and Products and Innovation Interim Finance Business Partner at Mastercard, where supervision of major initiatives and European Product P&L was primary. Michael also held the position of GCC European Controller at Tech Data, overseeing operational functions and ensuring result integrity. Earlier experience includes serving as Benelux Business Controller at Avnet Technology Solutions Europe, managing a €300M P&L, and EMEA Reporting Manager at SCA, handling reporting responsibilities for €1.3B.
