Ricky Kadish is the Head of R&D and Product at OneSpark Insurance. Prior to this role, Ricky worked at Discovery Life as the Head of Product Modelling and Development. Graduating from the University of the Witwatersrand with an Honours in Actuarial Science, Ricky also holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the same university. High School education was completed at King David Linksfield in 2011. With a background in actuarial science, Ricky is a Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa (FASSA).
