Luísa Chitolina Schetinger's work experience begins in 2016 with an internship at a bakery in Porto Alegre, Brazil. In 2017, they completed an internship at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. In 2019, Luísa worked as a commis chef at Las Iguanas and also as a self-employed nightlife photographer for I AM VIP. Luísa then had a brief internship at BT as part of their Work Ready program. In 2019, Luísa also worked as a sales assistant at The Entertainer during the Christmas season. In 2020, they participated in the AWS re/Start Program and later joined MayaEats as a freelance culinary specialist. In 2021, Luísa worked as a junior customer success agent at Hostinger Brasil. Currently, they are the head of culinary at MayaEats, where they create menus, assists with product management, analyzes requests, and develops food concepts.
Luísa Chitolina Schetinger's education history begins in 2014 when they enrolled at UFCSPA. Luísa pursued a degree in Gastronomia-Gastronomy, focusing on Artes Culinárias e Capacitação Gastronômica. Luísa completed their studies at UFCSPA in 2017.
In 2020, Luísa enrolled in Descomplica, where they pursued an Online MBA in Digital Strategic Marketing. In June 2020, Luísa completed the HDR and Wider Colour Gamut training course at Ravensbourne University London. In October 2019, they attended the First Break boot camp, organized by ScreenSkills. Furthermore, Luísa obtained the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2021. Finally, they hold an edX Honor Code Certificate for Science & Cooking: From Haute Cuisine to Soft Matter Science, although specific information regarding the completion month and year is not available.
