Carmen Miller

Carmen Miller is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical alliances, real estate sales, community outreach, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Alliances Manager at OneStream Software since July 2019, Carmen has played a key role in providing innovative corporate performance management solutions. Prior to this, Carmen worked at Harwood International in real estate sales, contributing to high-quality developments in prestigious markets. A previous role as Community Outreach Liaison at ACES involved managing public engagement and stakeholder relationships. Carmen began a career in talent acquisition at ProActivate, where responsibilities included developing recruiting strategies and managing the hiring process. Carmen holds a degree from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business.
