Debra Copeland O'Connell

Debra Copeland O'Connell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the software and consulting industries, currently serving as Director and Senior Services Manager at OneStream Software since February 2019. In this role, Debra manages consulting implementation services for the eastern region, overseeing a team of 10 professionals while setting expectations and developing training plans. Prior to OneStream, Debra held key positions at Alithya as Principal Solutions Manager, where collaboration with Business Development Managers focused on expanding Oracle Hyperion products, and at Decisyon, Inc. as Principal Solutions Consultant, facilitating presales activities and product demonstrations. Earlier experience includes significant roles at OmnicomGroup, ISA Consulting, Microstrategy, Hyperion Solutions, and ABB Treasury Center.
