Mick van der Leij

Mick van der Leij is a seasoned professional in global business development, currently serving as Vice President of Global Business Development at OneStream Software since January 2017. In this role, Mick leads a global team of over 70 Sales Development Representatives and is instrumental in aligning pipeline creation efforts with company growth objectives. Prior experience includes various leadership roles in business development and sales operations at OneStream, where Mick developed teams and strategies to enhance productivity across EMEA regions. Earlier, at EV-Box, Mick contributed to the company's leadership in EV charging infrastructure as a Product & Partner Marketing Specialist and previously managed sales development initiatives. Mick holds a Master of Science in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Science from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, along with a propedeuse in Small Business and Retail Management from Inholland University.
