Eric Stonehewer

Eric Stonehewer possesses extensive experience in global people operations and talent acquisition within the SaaS and healthtech sectors. As Senior Manager at Reify Health from November 2021 to April 2024, Eric led initiatives that resulted in significant organizational growth and improvements, including a global employee playbook and a successful talent management strategy that saved the company substantial costs. Previously, as Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Castor, Eric established scalable talent operations, significantly increasing hiring success rates and coaching a high-performing recruitment team. With a background in recruitment at various organizations, including Science Museum Group and Bupa, Eric also holds a BSc (Hons) in Microbiology with Virology from the University of Leeds.
