Kelly McGovern is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator at OneStudyTeam since August 2021, Kelly supports various recruiters using the Greenhouse ATS and manages job postings. Prior experience includes working as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at ADVENT, where support was provided to multiple recruiters for recruitment across locations in Wisconsin and Illinois. Before ADVENT, Kelly worked at Cielo Talent in various roles, ultimately becoming a Delivery Leader, and gained foundational experience as a Senior Beauty Advisor at Walgreens, which honed exceptional customer service skills. Kelly holds a Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
