Prior to this role, Mario held various positions at teleNetwork Partners Inc. from January 2005 to March 2014, including Operations Manager, where leadership was provided to a top-performing team of 30-40 agents, and senior tech support roles that involved supporting both Level 1 agents and direct customer interactions with multiple ISPs.
