Spencer Perdeck

Spencer Perdeck is a Senior Manager of Shabbat Journey at OneTable, where they build and nurture meaningful relationships with young adults, guiding them through personalized coaching and data-driven strategies. Previously, as Manager of Shabbat Journey, they supported hosts in their transition from first Shabbat experiences to sustained practices, enhancing community engagement. Spencer also served as the Atlanta Field Manager, focusing on fostering intentional community-building. Prior to joining OneTable, they worked as an Innovation Consultant at Queens College Hillel and held various positions at SoulCycle Inc. and the Union for Reform Judaism. They graduated from American Heritage Schools - Broward Campus in 2014.
