Guido Schmitz has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Guido started their career as a Development Intern at Eye-C Multimedia in 2012. In 2014, they worked as a Backend PHP Developer at Edit4U Webservices B.V., gaining valuable experience in this role. In 2015, Guido co-founded Oneteam while still studying Computer Science. As the Co-Founder and CTO of Oneteam, they played a crucial role in translating the company's vision into a successful product. Their responsibilities included setting the long-term technical vision and strategy, managing the process from design to production, leading the Product Team, creating the Product Roadmap, and scaling the software. Guido's commitment to building and creating also extended to their spare time and classes during their studies.

Guido Schmitz started their education in 2006 at Montaigne Lyceum, where they obtained a VMBO Theoretisch degree. From 2011 to 2013, they attended ID College, focusing on Application Development. In 2014, Guido Schmitz joined De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, where they completed a Propedeuse degree in Informatica (Software engineering) / Hogere opleiding Software engineer in 2016.
